With ski season just around the corner, we are now getting a bigger picture of how Real Estate performed in Southern Georgian Bay in 2021. An interesting statistic that was just released, we have now reached 2 Billion Dollars in Sales, a first for Southern Georgian Bay. A comparison photo is below for reference.

In Southern Georgian Bay here are some of the highlights from this month’s report
- $869,368 – This is the new average sale price in October 2021, down several thousand dollars from last month. To put it in perspective the average sale price in October 2020 was $661,633.
- $201,333,671– The amount of sales volume in October is down significantly roughly 13% from last October. (not to be confused with prices)
- 100%- Sale/List Price Ratio – The new listings hitting the market are still being sold fairly quickly when combined with accurate pricing with properties lasting on average only 21 days on the market.
