Southern Georgian Bay is home to a large and diverse artists community – from watercolour to ironworks to photography, wonderful crafters of fine art, objects and more surround us. There are studio tours taking place throughout the year but Fall in particular plays host to a number of them. They are a lovely opportunity to step inside the artist’s studio, perhaps learn about a different medium or experience and purchase art from someone in your local community.
Here is a round up of several tours taking place between now and Thanksgiving weekend. We have taken in the Blue Mountains Tour in and around Thornbury and Clarksburgmany times but this year perhaps will head further afield and experience another artist community.
