Christmas On The Bay Meaford

Come explore Georgian Bay’s largest full scale 4-day outdoor European-style Christmas market located in historic Meaford.
Immerse yourself into a world of delightfully decorated traditional wooden stalls, endless seasonal lighting, multiple fire pits, winter princesses, Christmas trees galore, music, a Santa Claus Parade, dancing windows, and an entertainment stage for live music and performances. Explore and sample a tantalizing array of the area’s finest locally made foods, artisanal products, and hand crafted gifts while you sip on mulled cider made from apples grown right here in historic Meaford.
Christmas On The Bay is packed with something for everyone, from live music and free children’s programming to dinner and retail special events throughout our downtown to special performances in the adjacent Meaford Hall and Cultural Centre. For those who have been especially good you might even catch a glimpse of Santa or even make a special request. Our jovial Christmas Gnome Georgie will be making regular appearances with its black service doggie, Joe. Yes, we are dog-friendly so even your dog can get in on the fun!
