Thanksgiving is a blast in The Blue Mountains. There is so much to see and do, not to mention turkey, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie….mmmm….and apples! It is the heart of apple season right now and so don’t miss an opportunity to get out and enjoy the season’s bounty at the Apple Harvest Festival. Taking place Saturday-Monday at Blue Mountain Village, Thornbury & Clarksburg, there are great activities for the family including horse & wagon rides, balloon twisting and face painting; apple picking at The Farmer’s Pantry is a must-do; plus there is live music on the main street in Thornbury and in the Village.
If you haven’t already, visit a few stops on our award-winning Apple Pie Trail, explore the new Cedar Grove Labyrinth and meet some of our local artists on the Blue Mountains Studio Tour of the Arts. Phew! That’s a lot to do. We hope to see you out and about enjoying the Fall Colours!
