Royal LePage today announced the launch of the new Royal LePage mobile app (currently available for iPhone, iPad, iTouch, etc.) for Canadian house hunters.
The Draw-and-Search feature allows you to select the geographic region you’d like to search simply by drawing a circle (or square, or triangle I suppose) around the area of interest, and it will populate only the listings within that area. We’ve taken a quick look and it seems to work VERY well, and the search results are clean, easy to read and very user-friendly. You also have the option to save searches and have the app update you when new listings appear within your selected area.
