SUMMARY:Movies in the parks
DESCRIPTION:The Town of The Blue Mountains is excited to host outdoor family movie nights for the 2022 summer season. The free series of family-friendly movies will be shown bi-weekly at parks throughout the community. Before each movie night\, there will be exciting pre-show entertainment and a variety of children’s activities provided by The Blue Mountains Public Library.  \nThe movies will start at dusk (approximately 9:00 p.m.)\, and everyone is encouraged to bring their own snacks\, chairs and blankets. We can’t wait to see you there! \nMovies in the Parks 2022 Schedule: \nFriday\, August 19 – Jozo Wieder Park\nMovie: Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle\nEntertainment: Interactive group drum circle with Bam \nWednesday\, August 31 – Heathcote Park\nMovie: Dolittle\nEntertainment: Interactive juggling lessons and performances presented by The Circus Company \nWednesday\, September 14 – Bayview Park\nMovie: Jurassic World -Dominion\nEntertainment: Face painting\, hands-on fossil presentation\, and showing of Craigleith Fossils film presented by the Craigleith Heritage Depot\n*In the event of inclement weather\, the Movies in the Parks events may be rescheduled or cancelled.
